Lord Buddha’s Dhamma is universal, extensive and thorough.  The Truth is beneficial to all individuals of all manners.  Neglect and ignorance bring about misinterpretation of the Lord Buddha’s Dhamma.  Dhamma is thus distorted; application and benefits become limited.  The Tipitaka is a collection of the words of the Buddha.  As such, the Tipitaka provides the most direct means to truly understand the Lord Buddha’s Dhamma.
